Soon the Covid Journey became an excursion into the unknown, where we all started to dig deeper into ourselves, in an undefined search for sanity. This was a time where birthday parties became ZOOM meetings, where coffee dates became a distant memory, children at home were starting to change worlds of joy into destruction zones and the artists migrated to the sanctity of their studios.
From these moments of brilliance a new set of art appeared in the Kouga Art Society (KAS). The artists started to feel more free to share works which provoked accolades of praise on social media.

There was art in all forms, sculpture, jewelry, material and designs, but most of the artists never forget where they live.
For decades many surfers believed that Supers was the finest right hand point break in the world and wave riders from all over the planet have made the pilgrimage to come and sample the freight train waves that stack up and rifle down the reef.
